Avocado Smoothie is so creamy with the full-on flavor of avocado. To make this smoothie naturally sweetened, I have added a banana. There are hundreds of combinations of fruits and veggies that you can add to your smoothies to make it naturally sweetened with lots of nutritional benefits without getting bored from your breakfast.
If I start to talk about the benefits of avocado, maybe I will never end. I would just say, avocados are the only fruit that contains monounsaturated fatty acid, which is very healthy for our body. It is very good to add an avocado to our daily meal. you can make a lot of different dish from the avocados, such as guacamole, avocado paratha, soup, or dip.
The avocado smoothie is the perfect for breakfast, or an afternoon snack, or for serving the kids. For making this smoothie, you could also switch out the milk to water, coconut milk, any other milk, or any juice. The options are endless for the smoothies.

Ingredients:
- Avocado: 1
- Milk: 1½ cup
- Banana: 1
Let’s begin:
- In a blender, add milk. I used cow’s milk, It can be used any milk, yogurt, or juice.
- Cut the avocado and banana.
- Combine milk, avocado, and banana together in a blender.
- Now turn the blender on blend it until creamy and smooth.
Serve the Avocado smoothie at your breakfast or any time of your day.
